Shipping & Returns
All domestic shipping is Standard Rate (5 to 7 business days).
We ship internationally to most countries (10 to 30 business days), but we do not handle customs or import taxes. Please check with your delivery carrier on additional fees and requirements.
We do want to give you a heads up that temporary shipping restrictions to some countries might cause delays or even suspension of your order. If there are any issues on international shipping, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
All shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a replacement or refund if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery. We'll process your request ASAP, and keep you updated on the status of your refund or exchange. All items sent back to us without a prior email request will not be eligible.
If the shipping details were incorrect during checkout or if the wrong size/color was ordered, we cannot honor a replacement or refund. Please make sure all information is correct during checkout.
To expedite your request, please include the following information in your email:
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Customer Name
- Reason for requesting a refund or exchange
All items are made-to-order, which allows us to reduce our environmental footprint during manufacturing. If your order hasn't yet reached our production team, it may be possible to cancel and receive a refund. Please reach out to us ASAP at email@example.com if you need to cancel an order, and we'll see what we can do for you!
